Foreign Nationals in Lappeenranta

At the end of 2020, 4,838 foreign citizens lived in South Karelia of which 3,308 in Lappeenranta. The largest groups of foreign nationals in South Karelia: Russia 2,279, Estonia 375, Turkey 157, Thailand 145, India 123, China 119, Vietnam 112, Iran 104, Syria 100, and Pakistan 66.
